We recently had a visit from a guy called Ted who was desperately looking for a replacement double gear for his bike. After looking everywhere for a new part, he popped in to see what we could do to help.
We will hopefully soon be starting work on reverse engineering double and single rockers for a beautiful old Bentley 4.5L. This cars reputation was rocketed by a win in the 1928 Le Mans 24 Hour Race and remains iconic to this day.
We were delighted to be asked to reverse engineer all 8 gears for an Aston Martin DB5/6. Photos show the original parts, midway through the process and the finished product, along with a video of a part being made.
