What is Wire Cutting?

Wire cutting is a process that uses a brass wire and electric current to precision cut materials that are usually hard to process, for example stainless steel and titanium.

With our state-of-the-art wire-cutting equipment and skilled engineers we are able to produce items with extremely accurate detail and exact square corners.Blanking tools, extrusion dies, jig and fixture components can all be made using this process. We have the ability to cut tapered and straight profiles, along with cuts that have different shapes to the top and bottom of the piece.
