CNC Milling

We love to be involved in R&D projects and this driving hub is destined for transmission in electric motors. A 1 off job from technical drawings and manufactured in EN36 for it's heat treatment properties, this part utilised the team's milling, turning and gear cutting expertise.

Destined for use in tooling in the motorsport industry, these fixturing plates were manufactured from Alloy Plate for lightness, using processes such as Water Cutting and Milling.

These oil fillers were machined from Alloy Bronze as specified by the client. Part of larger assemblies for the oil and gas industry these top quality parts were recently produced using turning and milling processes by our experienced team of precision engineers.

We are so proud of our experienced team of engineers. Amongst many other things our CNC Millers produce the highest quality products, either from drawings or reverse engineering. This is a Flamge, used in many industries including aviation and motorsports.

We recently created this diff output flange from a drawing for a car manufacturer. It is made from high performance alloy steel S155 and has been turned, splined, milled and heat treated.
